Open House held for 2012 Alberta Culture Days!

The Minister of Culture, Heather Klimchuck, Mayor Chalmers and MLA Veryln Olson were at the Craft Centre on Saturday, September 29, 2012 to open and celebrate Alberta Culture Days in Camrose. With 1200 events in 95 different communities, she chose to come to the Craft Centre in Camrose.

She toured our facilities and spoke with the demonstrators and members of the Craft Centre. Demonstrations included spinning, weaving and potters working on the pottery wheels.
